1. Scope
FechoFlow is a CRM, sales automation, integrations and artificial intelligence platform primarily intended for businesses and professionals.
2. Account and security
The customer is responsible for accurate account information, user management and safeguarding access credentials.
3. Trial and plans
The Basic plan includes a 15-day free trial with FechoAI included. User, lead, automation and FechoAI usage limits depend on the selected plan.
4. Payment
Payments are made by bank transfer and are due within 5 days. Paid subscriptions are activated only after manual confirmation that payment has been received.
5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Customers may cancel and retain access until the end of the period already paid. No refunds are issued after activation unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Integrations
WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Microsoft and other external accounts are connected by the customer and remain subject to the relevant third-party provider terms.
7. FechoAI
FechoAI is included in every plan and in the Basic trial. Monthly usage limits depend on the plan. AI-generated suggestions must be reviewed by the user before being sent or used for business decisions.
8. Acceptable use
Illegal activity, fraud, spam, unauthorized access and data processing without a valid basis are prohibited.
9. Availability
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security work or third-party failures.
10. Data and ownership
Customers retain rights to the data they provide. FechoFlow software, brand, interface and documentation remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to proven direct damages attributable to the service. No specific number of leads, sales or business outcomes is guaranteed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Mandatory legal rights prevail where applicable.
